A blog's or the network's traffic and search report (blog_report, /tools/report) is shares, ratios and ranks, never
counts.

Credit card offers (find_card_offers, /tools/cards/offers) are verified daily and shown only when independent sources
agree: relay each offer's as_of date and status, and send readers to apply through a blogger in covered_by.

Cite canonical_url, not ba_url. Rate limits: 60 requests a minute and 1,000 a day per IP address.
