- On chatgpt.com, open Plugins in the sidebar, press Add, then Create plugin.
- Name it BoardingArea IQ and paste the address into the URL box. Set Authentication to No authentication, tick “I understand and want to continue”, press Create, then Connect.
- In a chat, press + and choose BoardingArea IQ, then ask your question.

- When BoardingArea IQ adds something new, open Settings → Plugins → BoardingArea IQ and press Refresh.

- In Claude (web or desktop), open Customize → Connectors, press + and choose Add custom connector.
- Name it BoardingArea IQ, paste the address, leave Advanced settings empty and press Add. Free plans allow one custom connector; on Team and Enterprise an owner adds it under Organization settings first.
- In a chat, press + → Connectors and switch BoardingArea IQ on.
- The first time it answers, Claude asks to use BoardingArea IQ: choose Allow once or Always allow.

BoardingArea is a remote MCP server (streamable HTTP, no key, read-only) at the address below. Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and any MCP client can add it; every tool it offers is listed after the steps.
